U.S. Shipping Fees

Base rate for US domestic mail (within the US) is $5 per order for First Class mail, $7 for Priority Mail. Any order over 13 ounces (which means most books and multiple patterns) must ship by Priority Mail. We will stuff as much as possible into a Flat Rate Priority envelope, but obviously there are limits.

Base rate for First Class mail to Canada is $6. Heavy mail requiring Priority Mail is $12.

Please note that wall charts, such as our Range-of-Motion charts, are rolled into tubes and must ship separately from books and other items. Base US shipping for charts is $8.

US Express or Overnight Delivery is available but if you need this service, please call us directly.

International Shipping

We ship to most of the world. International shipping rates vary widely and change often. We calculate shipping when the order is processed and do our best to keep it as economical for you as possible. If you have a friend interested in an item, note that postage for 2 or more items is usually proportionally less than for individual orders.

As of 2016, shipping to Australia / New Zealand for charts in tubes runs about $35.

Global Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope is not available for all countries but is one rate for anything that will fit within the envelope regardless of weight (up to 4 pounds). Currently this is $26 to England and Australia, $22 to Canada.

In theory, mail should arrive almost anywhere in a week to 10 days, but this does not allow for time in Customs. Some orders across our border to Canada have taken as long as 4 weeks due to Customs delays, particularly during the holiday season.

Our Policy on Returns

Patterns, Videos, CDs, DVDs are not returnable unless defective. If defective we will exchange it for the same title. Please return the defective item within 30 days of receipt and we'll send you a new one.
